NEW ZEALAND

Couples Trip
October 06 - 13, 2024

STUNNING NATURE IN NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand an island country in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. It consists of two main landmasses—the North Island and the South Island — and over 700 smaller islands. The islands of New Zealand were the last large habitable land to be settled by humans. Between about 1280 and 1350, Polynesians began to settle in the islands and then developed a distinctive Māori culture. In 1642, the Dutch explorer Abel Tasman became the first European to sight and record New Zealand. We can't wait to spend a week with you in this beautiful country.

PACKING LIST

New Zealand in October brings mixed spring weather. Auckland ranges from 55°F to 65°F, while Queenstown averages 40°F to 60°F. Like Utah's spring, it can be warm one day and rainy the next, so layering is key. Casual outfits like nice jeans and sweaters or blouses are ideal, with no need for formal attire. In Queenstown, we’ll visit Milford Sound, surrounded by glaciers, so be prepared for cooler weather.
